The Women's Anxiety Group is tailored to women aged 18-60 years of age.

We've made registration quick and easy.

Unfortunately, there is not a virtual option for this group series. However, we will host virtual options in the future, so please stay tuned.

Why's Words accepts Regence insurance. Payment coverage is specific to your insurance plan.

Attendance to all sessions is highly encouraged. However, we understand that life is busy. If attendance is a barrier, please still register. We are happy to make special accommodations!

It is important to note that payment will not be due until the completion of each session. If payment is a barrier, please note this in your registration so that we can reach out to you for further assistance.

Yes. Group therapy can be a supportive supplement to your individual therapy.
